In solo combat, Wardens experiment with a mixture of support, defence, and offence Gambits, thus learning the timing and usefulness of Gambits through experience and repetition. The spear-fist-spear formation allows Wardens to prepare a powerful offensive Gambit: Combination Strike. They combine basic attacks that create first, spear, and shield combo links certain combo links, like spear-fist-spear, will prepare a "combo attack," officially called a Gambit. Wardens fight using a trio of shield, javelin, and spear-non-spear weapons are optional. Wardens have basic military training and master a style of combat that combines simple attacks into complex and powerful melee offences. They limit themselves to medium armour to travel swiftly and silently in defence of those they've sworn to protect. Wardens patrol the borders of civilized lands, preventing the encroachment of fell creatures from the Wild. Marchwarden of Lothlórien, Haldir, and his brothers Rúmil and Orophin. In these dark days, it's the unassuming Hobbits whose humble skill with word and action will have great impact in the War of the Ring. Their small frame belies a toughness and spirit of a skillful adventurer in the lands of Middle-earth. Hobbits, although small in size relative to the other races, are sturdy of body, determined in their actions, and capable of the grandest of deeds.
Most Hobbits enjoy the peaceful endeavours of farming, eating, and gift giving, rather than concern themselves with the dangerous affairs beyond the Shire. They are a simple, quiet folk, preferring to dwell in hillside holes in and around the area known as The Shire. There are few recorded deeds of Hobbits until late in the Third Age of Middle-earth, which is just the way Hobbits would prefer it.
